Firefox Hanging

Hi all,

I recently upgraded to FF5 and since then it hangs and my imac is now real slow?

I have tried the Disk utility and there were quite a few permission errors which I have repaired but still the problem exists?

Also it seems to be even worse when I open any of the Microsoft Office applications?

any Ideas?

You probably have a bad hard drive. Back up any important data ASAP.
