Firefox Preference Pane Blank

Having a little issue with firefox 2.0.0.11.

When we go to the Preference pane to change some options its blank. We can see the tabbed selections at the top but nothing below.

I logged in under another user and it works fine.

So I deleted the org.mozilla.firefox.plist and still had the same problem.

Any ideas?
