Firefox/Safari problem

Everytime I go on certain websites like MySpace and some forums my Firefox and Safari doesn't respond. I can't figure out what the problem is but it does it every time?

First thing I'd do is check your plugins. It's possible that the sites you're using depend on a plugin that is corrupted or otherwise not working properly.
