Firefox Spell Checker Not Working... :(

Anyone know why the spell checker in Firefox doesn't work?

In a text box (like the one you reply in), if you right click and choose the Languages option, what, if anything is selected as your dictionary?

And, if no dictionary is listed, click on the Add Dictionaries.... link to go to the page to select your language, which in this case is probably the English (British) dictionary.

My spellcheck recently stopped working.

It would still underline the words in RED, but DID NOT offer any suggestions for the correct spelling from the right click menu... It's as if it disappeared altogether or something.

Then it came back when I started to reply to this thread... Weird.

Firefox spell checker not working...

Strange my Mac firefox started to do it too... Not sure if it was after the 3.5.2 update or not...
I do get the under line but no correct of spelling works are listed
I've rebooted Hmmmm

NEW UPDATE it was a ADDON that I added LOL
Called Fox Tab 1.2 one of the options that it was using was the mouse gestures so I turned it off all OK now

Thanks for the tip. Fox Tab was causing my spelling suggestions to not show either. Had no clue why it wasn't working until I read your post. Thanks a bunch.

And Fox Tab is the most killer plugin I've ever used - Spaces for your webpages!
