Having trouble adding my .Mac Account to it

I add all the CORRECT details

Incoming Server:mail.mac.com
Outgoing Server:smtp.mac.com:HIDDEN

HIDDEN = my email address

And the error comes up with:

please enter a valid hostname

How can i fix this problem?

There should be a separate place for you to enter your email address, you don't put it in with the server name.

Yeah and I've done that, It just keeps on coming up with the same error message.
