i have a new logitech mouse and it has a scroll wheel that doesn't click and spins fast and keeps going. so if i do that and let it spin when its at the bottom of the page it will jump to the top and go down to the bottom and keep doing it.
now the mouse is nothing new ive had a similar mouse with the same wheel and i don't remember ever having this problem. its actually really annoying.
i tried it on two other mice and Firefox does the same thing (jumps to top). you just don't notice it because you really need to spin the wheel fast and for a little bit.
