Firefox won't forget forms/usernames

I'm trying to get firefox to clear all my usernames and passwords and all forms. I've tried resetting everything in firefox, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but they're still there!?

Any help is appreciated.

Clear Recent History

Did you use Clear Recent History, set the range to Everything and check all the options in Details?

Yep that's what I did.

It's strange..

Not sure, then. You might try moving the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox (~ is your home directory) to the Desktop and then opening Firefox... maybe one of the files in the profile is damaged?
