Firefox won't quit etc..

Firefox won't quit i have to force quit it, and for some reason i can't go on websites like ebay etc. I'm not sure what the problem is can anyone help me?

That has been happening to me a lot lately. Don't know why. I have to force quit to get the app to shut down. Twice I have had to try the force quit twice before it closes the app.

try clearing browsing history and temp files.
