I have googled and mroogled and have NOT found a satisfactory answer anywhere.

I use Firefox both on my work PC, and on my MacBook laptop at home. When visiting my banking site on either platform, I am always asked if it wants me to register my computer. I have told it YES on both machines and it NEVER remembers me. I have ensured cookies and cookies from 3rd parties are enabled, have performed multiple reboots, but I still cannot get Firefox to recognize/remember those computers.

Anyone have the permanent fix for this issue?

Well since you seem to have done your research this is probably not it but is your browser set to delete cookies each time it closes? That's the only thing I can think of.

I have indeed checked that setting repeatedly, and on both platforms. It is set to keep the cookies forever...LOL
I have seen plenty of other posts in various places about this same problem, but have never seen anyone post the cure.
