Some guy with an indian accent answers...."I can help you...go to your computer....then he asks me to download Goto Assist....then he's on my mac...and he is in Terminal....he says "foreigners are in my wifi" I got suspecious and hung up.....with the help of Apple....I changed my password etc.
YOu must go through Amazon directly to get this flawed product fixes.....watch out.

Called Amazon to get these two units to work and they have no idea...they blame my wifi network (3) and refuse to take it back..................be warned.

You have tried the basics, right? Like unplug, wait about 30-60 seconds and then plug them back in? If you are using the cable to plug them into electricity, being sure you have power at that outlet (circuit breaker is not tripped)? That they are indeed plugged in? Try a different port on the TV? And all that?

2 at about once seems unlikely. Big lightning strike recently? I'm in Florida too. One big recent lightning strike burned out only some channel reception on my outside antenna. I was trying everything to make the missing channels tune again (changing cables, rescanning, trying different sources for scanning, wondering if tree growth was now blocking some signals, etc). And then I went up on the roof, swapped out the only electronics part of the antenna and boom- all were showing again. We do have some powerful Lightning in our state.
