Firewall Block [PeerBlock]

... Im pretty much still a windows user, but love my OSX!

But is there an sort of application that is similar to the windows PeerBlock?

I already have Little Snitch to block unknown outbound connections, but what about inbound?

You can use the OS X "hosts" file to block connections in much the same way Peerblock does. Here are some apps that provide GUI access to the hosts file.

If you Google search for "edit hosts file OS X" you will also find discussion about using Terminal app and various text editors to do the same thing.
