Firewall Issues

Ok,

that window prompt everytime that i launch WOW or Skype or Safari, and everytime i do select Any Connection / Forever, but everytime i do restart the computer it asks me again.

I have already checked the firewall settings and set it to off.

Anyone has a clue on it?

Looks like you have Little Snitch installed. Look in there rather than the OSX firewall preferences.
