I keep getting this box pop up when I open certain programs, like Zend Studio, Adium and iTunes (It only occurs in iTunes when I try to use AirPlay to play something on my Apple TV). I've checked, and confirmed that all programs are set to 'allow incoming connections' in the firewall settings and no matter how many times I press 'allow' this pop up keeps showing when I open the programs.

Does anyone know how I can sort this? I'd appreciate it so much. I've done a search, but still can't find anything.

I want it just to be safe online. It's recommended that we use it or it wouldn't be there.

Have you used a cleaner app like CleanMyMac? If you deleted binaries you may be having an issue with binaries removed for code signed apps (like iTunes). Reinstall whatever app keeps giving you that message and you might fix the problem

BTW, keep using your firewall.

Just turn the firewall off. It's not necessary.

brb, waltzing into your network.

lol always keep your firewall on. It's just doing it's job. You can also try customizing the Firewall with the apps you trust.
