Firewire, 1000 ethernet multiple OS networking

i have a question (actually many questions)

i have an iMac (old 20''), a PC, will buy A MBP

i am asking about networking.

i need this network to handle
either
1- gigabit ethernet
2- firewire 400 or 800
i am hoping this network
a- be able to handle distributed networking
b- connect to the internet (connect for a modem or a router through normal ethernet)
c- add a shared printer, external hard drive, or any shareable device through the hub (i.e. not connected to any of the computers)

basically, i am looking for a router that can handle this
if u think i need a device that does not exist :D , then please tell me.
