Firewire 400 HDD won't mount

Hi,

I've got a Toshiba 80GB 2.5-inch HDD in an enclosure I got off the bay E. It has worked perfectly for about 2 years but now it won't mount when plugged in. No software on my Mac can see the drive. Not Disk Utility, TechTool Pro, Data Rescue, Drive Genius or R-Studio. In System Profiler all I get is the following.

Warning: Unable to list FireWire devices.
Maximum Speed: Up to 400 Mb/sec

Could it be the PCB in the enclosure is gone or is it the HDD. :confused:
