Firewire 800 Card?

I am not a huge Mac guy, but have to use them at work? Our Mac Pro lacks enough firewire ports for the configuration I need to do. So I guess I need to get a firewire 800 card and it will only be used in conjunction with out AJA unit (HD video production), so if it has one or four ports it doesn't really matter. Anyone have a brand or specific card they prefer? Thanks

NitroAV is probably a good buy here, because I talked to their sales reps a while back, who explained to me that the cards they're selling now are faster than other cards because they use PCIe natively, instead of a PCI ->PCIe bridge for firewire. May cost a bit more, but probably worth it - after all, speed is important in video setups. Here are a couple options:

Another one that works great is the Tango Express 800 from Sonnet. Like the one quoted above not the cheapest PCIe card out there but has been a good one for me. It has two external and one internal FW800 along with 2 external and 1 internal USB 2.0s.
