Firewire and migration assistant?

Does anyone have any real life numbers as to how long it would take to migrate 100 gbs of user data through firewire with migration assistant?

I'll have to do this soon but I was hoping someone could give me an idea. Thanks in advance!

29 minutes with FW800, 58 minutes with FW400.

For 120 GB of data from my USB Time Machine to my new MBA 256 SSD, it lists 1 hour.
