Firewire and USB PCI cards for Intel Mac Pro

Hi,

I have a 2008 Intel MacPro Tower and looking to add an extra PCI Card for additional Firewire ports. Also could have room for another USB port card. Any suggestions or recommendations?

My card from my G5 Tower (non Intel) doesn't fit the slots.
