Firmware 1.1.1

I just got a new iphone 8gb and am having problem sending aol mail. I'm using T-mobile and everytime to install applications i get the response of firmware 1.1.1 not found.....PLEASE HELP

First you should do a complete restore.
Then download the 1.1.4 firmware.
Then jailbreak / unlock your iPhone again with www.ziphone.org, so T-Mobile will work properly.
