When I download the iphone 2.0 firmware update for my itouch it gets about half way downloaded then it gives me an error message saying it timed out. I have tried it over about 15 times. I called apple and the lady said it was my virus software for I took it down and tried again with no luck. I went to the apple store and there was an 1 1/2 hour wait to get into the store. I went back the next day and had to wait 8 hours to talk to someone. So what do you think I should try? Oh and I also have already purchased the firmware. Please help.
