Firmware Lock? Cant get into Disk Utility!!!

Hello,
So i am having some issues with a macbook pro (late 2011). I want to upgrade my hard drive to a SSD. When i put in the SSD that has just been formatted to OS Extended (Journaled) and reboot the computer and press the command key a picture with a huge lock comes up asking for a password.

Any ideas?

You used to have to change the amount of memory(RAM) to reset the OF password. However that was a long time ago, somethings might have changed.
