Firmware restoration CD MacBook 4,1

I have a MacBook 4,1 released in Feb 2008. Just in case, I want to download the firmware restoration software for this computer to make the CD but unless I am going mad, it isn't listed among the Firmware restoration CDs.

Can anyone help?
 
You're not crazy. MacBook 4,1 isn't listed on any of them. :(

I'd call Apple up and see what they have to say about it.
