Firmwire update for SE K700i

Hi there,

Has anybody out there managed to update the firmware of their Sony Ericsson K700i? The software supplied by sony ericsson on the website is Windows only.:mad: I already emailed them a few weeks ago to complain but haven't heard anything since!

All advice is appreciated!
