First Apple Watch

As my first Apple Watch (first smart watch for that matter) settings and customizing is overwhelming. One of the many reasons that I chose to purchase a Series 6 was the "Golden Hour" notification. How does one enable this feature in the Series 6? I've tried searching thorough all setting to no avail.

Hi I have the AW4 with watchos7. I dont see the Golden Hour watch face that they announced ? Is it exclusive to the Series 6? Thx
