First Car, can someone recommend a car mount and ipod integration?

I am getting my first car this weekend hopefully! It is a 2005 Ford Mustang. Anyways, I was wondering if someone could recommend a car mount for my iPhone 4 and something to play music for my 6G iPod Nano. It doesn't have an AUX port so perhaps some type of FM Transmitter?
