First come first served removed?!!

It seems apple is only selling preorders on day 1...
Check out the ipad selling page at apple. Yesterday it said " selling on a first come first served" base, but now its only talking about pre-ordering.

So camping out and waiting in line for guys who didnt preorder is useless now?

i was scared like **** when ive seen they removed the line "first come first serve" from their US site.
I hope they dont chance it in germany.

I live close to the german borders and wanted to visit a real apple store some day in my life as well. We have one in amsterdam. But oberhausen is as far as amsterdam. So the logical choice is....
