I have been running Tiger since May 18th and just had my first application freeze up on me. I think that's extremely good and I am sad that I couldn't keep going to try and break a record or something. 
The app was Word 2004...a Microsoft program...what do you know?
When was your first crash/freeze, and how bad was it? I just OPTION+CMD+ESC'd it closed and everything is good again! I have tons of stuff open though, so that may be why.
