All iPads First ever iPad, love it but camera seems fuzzy?

Just bought the iPad air yesterday, absolutely love it, but the camera seems kind of fuzzy when I'm using it?

I have read that previous iPads come with a cover over the lens but I can't seem to see if it actually has one on it!

Could you be seeing the difference between 8MP and 5MP? Or do you mean fuzzy as in out of focus?

The camera is worse on iPad than iphone particularly the front facing camera.

Interesting...I haven't even tried to see if my camera works. Never take pics with iPad.

The cameras on all iPads are significantly worse, and not just comparing megapixels. Anything but full daylight photos will look poor and noisy.

Full daylight pictures are pretty amazing, anything else...not so much.

op the pics look worse then the iPhone because the camera on the iPad is worse than the iPhone. Yes iPad photos can look fuzzy especially darker ones.
