First Gen Mac Pro Airport Card

Hi, First, I apologize if a similar question has already been asked. I have a first generation Mac Pro (1.1) and want to put an airport card in it... I am looking at this one on ebay which says it is compatible with ALL generations of Mac Pros: http://cgi.ebay.com/Apple-Airport-E...401?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e5f3eaaf9

I am skeptical because I know my company has had issues finding compatible airport cards for the same model I have... can anybody offer any insight??
