wow looks really good but it would take much higher-res images to see it's true quality. Isn't the field of focus a little much to for something that is supposed to approximate film?
 
A lot of people are going to dump their Nikons and Canons and what-nots for this. If I could afford to I know I would. Pending inspection of results of course.

According to the original post it's the 2/3", so it's not supposed to approximate film. That said, film at T5.6/T8 can look like that depth-of-field-wise.

The lack of lighting could be to show off the cameras latitude. Or it could be laziness.
 
Guys these are the first scarlett pics put up on here and your worried about the lighting..

Thanks for putting them up Im hugely excited about the Scarlet. The cam looks really unevenly weighted with the screen, are you finding that an issue?
