What is the best thing to do for your new 6S battery out of the box?

Run it down to 20% and charge to full?
Run it down to 1% and charge to full?
Run it down till it shuts off and charge to 100%?

Charge it up to 100% right out of the box before using?

I used mine until 0% and shut down. I let it sit for an hour without a charge then charged it up to 100%. Then restarted it.

Not sure why, but I think it sounds like a nice theory.

Most tech companies and I expect including apple now pre calibrate batteries in most new gadgets so this is not really longer necessary as what it used to be. I just started using my iPhone without really being worried about. As a rule of thumb I simply calibrate my battery every few weeks or so and I've managed to keep all my batteries pretty healthy that way.
