First iPhone with service...Can I restore from backup?

Daughter is getting her first phone with service. Can she restore from a back of of her 4s that she used? Wondering if the fact that the phone numbers didn't match would screw things up.

I think Itunes can handle this. Plug the old phone in and back it up, then plug the new phone in and restore back up. As long as the apple account matches she should be good.
