I have an original Airport Express that I have used for years without problems. Recently I got a new OKI Data b410d laser printer and I've plugged it into the AE unit. About 70% of the time when the first page prints for a document (from any application) it will be blown up about 5-6x its actual size. So for example, I'll print a pdf from Preview and the first page that spits out of the printer gives me about the top left (1/5) corner of the first page of the document. Every page after that will print normally. Sometimes I'll have to reprint the first page 7-8 times before it prints out normally. Printing with the printer plugged directly into any of my Mac's works correctly 100% of the time (and I'm always using the same driver). I'm using a generic PCL driver in both instances since there is no other driver from OKI that works okay.

Anyone else have this issue or recommendations for me to try? Also, the printing issue over Airport happens with any of our Mac's printing to it.
