New 15" MBP 2019 with i9 and 560X. Installed Windows 10 - wow that was easy - and FREE. Can't customize the desktop but who cares. I just use it to play games honestly.
Been playing some PUBG and with the connected mouse it's awesome. Even my AirPods connect with ease and work well, albeit it at a lower volume than on MacOS.
One issue - this thing gets hot and the fans just blast the whole time. I don't think this can be good for the machine.
I did some online research and saw applications like Throttlestop and others that will under-volt the CPU. I'm wondering if I'm doing any damage long-term to this machine by making it scream for an hour with fans blasting. Is it recommended to take steps to protect the MBP from overheating while using Bootcamp?
It's quiet as a mouse in MacOS but of course I'm not taxing it with games.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
