I will be a first time buyer of a macbook when they finally decide to update to this arrandale i've been reading about on here!

I have been advised not to buy one because of the cost, but I will be buying one after saving up the past 6 months. I was wondering how easy it is to set up wireless internet? We have a d-link wireless router although I don't know exactly how that works. My PC has an internet cable into the back of the PC so I'm assuming my PC isn't wireless and uses the NTL cable modem that we have too.

Where do I start with the wireless router?!

If you already have a wireless router active, then just turn on your MBP and it will see the Wi-Fi signal... accept the connection (enter password if necessary) and you are golden

It's way easy. If you're just joining an already existing wireless network, just find the network on your airport list, type in the password, and you're connected. If it's a new network with a new router, follow the instructions for Mac setup.
