First of all I want to start off by saying Hi to everyone on this forum,

i am new here and new to MacOS as well.
for a lot of guys a lot of things would be a facepalm moment,
but for me its been a pain in the ass last week trying to figure out how this Mac works.

I've been using iPhone for over 8 years now.
and that's why I really thought that macOS would give me a great solution for my laptop needs.
i stumble on a lot of things and its really hard to find a way of doing things.
so I hope you people really can help me out that would be awesome..
I just want to keep this laptop so bad ( in my 14 days trail period )
And don't want to go back to windows because the hardware ( especially ) with laptops aren't like the MacBook.

i will list a lot of things that I stumbled up on and pray to the gods you guys will help me out and understand the frustrations haha !

- i have set apps from safari ( add to dock ) because a lot of apps are not native support
( which is a pain in the ass because making your own png icon from Mac icon website and everything just seems very amateur to me ) but when I close a app from the dock for instance YouTube. using cmd + q. whenever I open it again it will automatically play the last video I've visit. which is quiet annoying because whenever I open an app I want to start of fresh. I am aware of the fact that you can disable this in safari but that doesn't seem to cut the cake in this situation.

- I have 2 monitors samsung odes g50a connected with a thunderbolt 3 Lenovo hub 40AN ( version ).
when ever my girlfriend slams on her €500 windows laptop it automatically extend to two monitors.
whenever I do it it display's on the first external monitor but the second monitor just mirroring the first one.

- whenever I try to delete an app there is always somewhere some leftovers and even apps that I have fully deleted with app cleaner
are still showing in the apps that can be used on background in the system settings ( like how ?? )

- I try to edit with edit programs but zooming in with cmd & + is just horrible. like taking your hand from the mouse and scroll like that is just really bad and not practical at all .. ( which makes me consider how you even can work productive with those kind of shortcuts )

- my photo app from iCloud isn't showing up on the MacBook because it can't find the file somehow ? I try using cmd option and then reset it but that also doesn't work either..

i will definitely going to slam my head against the door more times when using other things on this laptop,
because whenever I want to do something just quick there is always that " apple needs to do it different ( even if its counter intuitive )

I hope you guys won't see me as a negative guys, because I genuinely want to learn it but it seem so hard and not understandable that I can't be productive with it as how much I want to be with it. this in combination with my business just cost me money and time.
I hope someone here will help me out and/or got the same experience when making the switch and is ready to drag me across the mud im in.

Take care y'all
