I need to recover a Contacts file from a Time Machine Backup. In steps that a 5th grader could follow, can someone please point me to a source on how to do this? I've done several Google searches but nothing works. I can go into Finder->Time Machine Backup and search for CONTACTS and see the individual items but can't figure out how to get them from Time Machine into my address book.
I might also add that the TM backup isn't a current one. I have 3 hard drives that I rotate and the one containing the Contacts files isn't the drive I'm currently using for backup. Not sure if this matters or not.
Thanks so much for any help.
