First time syncing since jailbreaking

I plan on syncing to iTunes soon. This will be my first time since I jail broke my phone. I have installed Intelliscreen, SnapTap, Folder Enhancer, GV Extension(phone and SMS), Weathericon, and CameraLock. I know I can't update iOS, but I can still sync to iTunes, right? Is there anything I need to beware of? How does Folder Enhancer work with the iTunes screen that let's you organize apps?

Syncing will work fine.
