I was let in at 7:50am to the Apple store in Grand Central Station NYC to get everything ready with the specialist. Check out started at 8am as there little devices wouldn't allow the checkout until the clock strike 8:00am EST. Turned in my iPhone XS Max for instant trade in credit with Verizon. He registered the new phone with Verizon and took 30 seconds. I was out by 8:10. Line for non-preorders wasn't bad.
