First watch setup - showing Chinese instead of US or Europe

Hi,

yesterday I setup my Ultra 2 but during initial setup I found out, that the suggested language was Chinese. Even after selecting another language in the next step it asks for the region and the suggestion was China.

Is this normal behavior? From my wifes Apple Watch 9 it doesn't show China. And after selecting the language it shows the correct country suggestion.

I am a little surprised about this.

For all of you trying to understand what I mean. When turning on the watch for the first time you can select the 'i' at the lower right part of the display... There you can choose your language.

With Ultra 2 I get Chinese as suggested language. But if I choose another language (for example German or English) it says within the next screen (region selection) China Mainland as suggestion...

Is this 'normal' for all Ultra models?
