So, I'm looking for apps that will enable me to quickly locate my cursor whenever OS X decides it wants to send it somewhere other than where it currently is. Usually that's somewhere north on my HDTV. Generally, I don't use the TV a lot with the Mac so that means I can't see where the cursor went. This is irritating. Sometimes in shaking the mouse to get my cursor back down to where it's supposed to be it gets stuck in a corner so I have to work a bit harder.
I ran across this today: http://www.2point5fish.com/download.html
Mouse Locater works on Panther and Tiger (and above). So, if you've got multiple monitors on your PowerPC Mac and lose your cursor from time to time this might work for you.
EDIT: On the Garden too: https://macintoshgarden.org/apps/mouse-locator
