I see a lot of people comparing first weekend sales from past iPhone pre order years, those number from the first weekend sales was just for about 8 countries worldwide.
It makes no sense to use it as reference for the iPhone X pre order weekend this year, why?
-Completely different this year, as the iPhone X will be a (nearly) worldwide pre order for 55 (!!) countries all at the same time, heck at the same minute(s).
This is Apple's first year with a worldwide iPhone pre order, add the first oled iPhone ever with this, and just prepare yourself for a chaos. Millions of people around the world at the same time/minute(s) on Oct 27th trying to get one.
