it is like the WhatsApp messenger, but the new thing is: you don't need the phone number of the other person anymore, being in the vicinity is enough, it's perfect to get in touch with new people, when the situation is too awkward to approach ;-)
of course, you can easily block people you don't want to chat with
theres no registration, no ads, no in-app purchases etc. in the app and its free at the moment
