Are these full motion or just when you press the screen they will move as a "live Photo" ? Or will these be full motion along with the old "bubbles" motion wallpapers

I think they are just like "live photos" ( you have to press them to animate them) because otherwise, there would be no excuse for Apple to not include them for the 6/6+.
