I attend British Military Fitness, a boot camp style fitness class. We do a lot of running, sprints, sit ups, crunches, squats, press ups, team and paired exercises. I'm looking for a good fitness App to monitor my attendance, progress, heart rate, distance ran etc. Not sure how the watch will record the strength training but anything suggested would be greatly appreciated.
One thing, if my phone is in my bag, how does the watch track distance ran? When i used the Nike+ app on my phone will running solo, I liked reviewing the route taken, it's something I miss during the Military Fitness classes as it take place in a big local park.
