Having used the Apple Watch since launch, I can testify to that fact that it's made a big impact on my desire to monitor my health. This can only be a good thing. I've also found the stats to be both accurate and consistent, the latter of which is crucial for monitoring trends.

I just wish the native software provided insights into your health by crunching this data for you. Like the UP app - but it would obviously have access to richer data.

I want the watch to sense when I've been still for a long time and know to take my resting heart rate. I know it takes it every 10 mins away way, but if it could highlight this in particular as a resting rate that would be nifty.

Anyone else got any ideas?
