Hello, I'm wondering if anyone might have some thoughts re this issue: I've been to the Apple Store support, chatted with the robot and a real person and had a long call with a 'senior adviser' and the response was, " not heard of that before".
My Fitness app has lost all forty contacts. I can no longer see any of their activities and they see mine as flat lining. They thought I’d died!
I am unable to send or receive a fitness friend sharing contact.
If a contact sends me an invite, they get the message
'pending.
If I send an invite, I get the message 'error!
All of my 100+ weekly fitness challenge badges have vanished.
After four days, my monthly challenge changed to an entirely different challenge.
All my five years exercise etc data and associated badges are still visible on the new phone.
This occurred after setting up a new phone, 16pm to 17pm.
Set up with the old device, fitness error.
Set up from back up, fitness error, Set up as new phone, fitness error.
Watch and phone software up to date.
Unpaired, paired ultra3.
Reset ultra3 then set up again.
Not a vpn issue,
Not an iCloud syncing or data capacity issue.
Apple support considers this a software issue which will rectify the problem on the next up date.
Any way, any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
