Fitting 2.33 GHz Logic Board to 2.16 GHz Macbook pro

Is it possible to do what the title says? Im unsure whether the logic boards are the same size or even if they are the same generation (they were both made in 2006). Im pretty sure though that the 2.16 is core duo and the 2.33 is core 2 duo.
