Fix 16 icons limit in "Customize"

Don't know if this was posted before or if you guys know about this, but if you use iOrder, you can change the 16 icon limit in customize.

All you have to do is have customize installed and use iOrder to order all your icons and upload.

After you upload the .plist, go into customize, then "Icon order", then "settings" and you'll see that the number has changed to the number of icons you put on iOrder. :D No more extended Springboard!
