Well after getting my new MDD board i was hoping it would fix everything... All it fixed was giving me my ATA100 bus back. It didn't fix the GPU issue of no digital video. I can ONLY get video via DVI-VGA adaptor. Since the board did not fix this any ideas on what will? Perhaps a Re-Flashing? Corrupted ROM?

The loss of digital video out is likely due to bent or damaged pins or broken solder joints for the DVI port that VGA does not require.

i noticed the DVI port has some play in it (can wiggle it) is it normal to have some play? I never paid attention with other GPUs

I'm a big proponent of fixing things where possible, but honestly I'd be inclined to just throw in the towel and replace a $10 GFX card rather than spend a lot of time tracking down what could be one of many problems with it.

Sounds like the connector has been abused and some the joints are shot on it. If you don't play with it then it will likely run forever as a VGA only card.

I am fine with that the most PITA thing about that is the VGA adaptor does not detect the monitor so OS X boots with 800x600 res Even the Leopard and Tiger Installers do which makes that annoying. I plan to flash my VGA only FX 5500 so i can flash my AGP 9550 or maybe i'll just buy a 9700

EDIT: Do you think the card will put out Digital Video with the ADC port?
